Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase of We Don’t Really Hate Each Other™.

Preorders
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Our first production run is expected to begin shipping in November 2026. If there are any significant changes to that timeline, we’ll let you know by email.

Returns
Once your order has shipped, we accept returns of unopened, unused games in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund.

Made to Order
This item is made especially for you when you place your order. Because it is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.
